How long does shipping take?

Yes. You'll get a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days if it's unworn and in original condition. Contact us first.

What if the size doesn't fit?
You'll have to return the item and buy it again. Contact us to initiate a return and you'll just cover return shipping.

I received a damaged or defective item.
Send us a photo — we'll replace it or refund you immediately.

Product & Sizing

What's the fabric?
100% organic cotton. For Hoodies, Sweatshirts and Tees is GOTS certified.

How do the sizes run?
True to size. Medium fit. Unisex fit. If you want it oversized, size up. If you want it fitted, stay true to size.

Will it shrink?
Slightly after the first wash (~2-3%). Wash cold, hang dry to minimize shrinkage.

What's the difference between hoodies and sweatshirts?
Hoodies have a hood. Sweatshirts don't. Both are 100% cotton, same quality.

Production & Sustainability

Why does it take longer to arrive?
Each piece is made to order. We don't keep stock sitting in warehouses.

Is it really sustainable?
Yes. GOTS certified organic cotton. No overproduction.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All payments processed securely via Shopify.

Is my payment info safe?
Yes. We don't store any payment details. Everything is encrypted via Shopify's secure checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Only if it hasn't started production yet. Contact us ASAP.
